Returns & Exchanges

At Forever More, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged if they meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • In original, unworn, and unused condition
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (pierced jewelry)
  • Intimate accessories
  • Sale/clearance items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items with removed tags or signs of wear

How to Return an Item

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

Return Approval

  • Our team will review and approve your return request
  • You'll receive return instructions and a return authorization number

Ship Your Return

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include your order receipt and return authorization number
  • Return to our address or schedule a pickup (BHD 2 fee)

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective)

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for different sizes/colors are subject to availability
  • Contact us to arrange an exchange
  • Free exchange shipping within Bahrain

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Send photos of the defect/damage
  • We'll arrange free return shipping and full refund or replacement
