At Forever More, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged if they meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery date
- In original, unworn, and unused condition
- All original tags and labels attached
- Original packaging intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (pierced jewelry)
- Intimate accessories
- Sale/clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Items with removed tags or signs of wear
How to Return an Item

Return Approval
- Our team will review and approve your return request
- You'll receive return instructions and a return authorization number

Ship Your Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include your order receipt and return authorization number
- Return to our address or schedule a pickup (BHD 2 fee)
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
Exchanges
- Exchanges for different sizes/colors are subject to availability
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
- Free exchange shipping within Bahrain
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Send photos of the defect/damage
- We'll arrange free return shipping and full refund or replacement
