All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or alternative.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and include applicable taxes (VAT) where required. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

• 1. You submit an offer to purchase products
• 2. We send you an order confirmation email (this does not constitute acceptance)
• 3. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order
• 4. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• • Benefit Pay
• • Cash on Delivery (COD) - for orders under BHD 100

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We use secure payment processors that comply with industry standards.

3.3 Order Modifications

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at shop@forevermore.bh or WhatsApp +973 XXXX XXXX. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as orders may have already been processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes

• • Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days (BHD 2 for orders under BHD 50)
• • Express Delivery: Next business day (BHD 5)
• • Free Shipping: On orders over BHD 50

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return products, provided they meet our return conditions (unworn, original tags, original packaging, with receipt).

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• • Earrings (pierced jewelry)
• • Intimate accessories
• • Sale items marked "Final Sale"
• • Items with removed tags or signs of wear

5.3 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made an error.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Product Warranty

We guarantee that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bahrain law:

• • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• • We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be excluded under Bahrain law.
