- Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape parallel to floor
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline (smallest part of torso)

- Shoulder Width: Measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across back
- Sleeve Length: Measure from shoulder seam to wrist with arm slightly bent
